Terms of use

These terms cover the CoyaDocs website (coyadocs.com) and the early access waitlist. When the CoyaDocs application launches, using it will be governed by a separate customer agreement.

The short version

This site exists to explain what CoyaDocs is and to let you sign up for early access. Joining the waitlist doesn't cost anything and doesn't commit you to anything. We'll do our best to keep everything on this site accurate, but features, pricing and timelines described here may change before launch.

Early access

Signing up for the waitlist means we'll contact you about early access if you've given us permission to email you. It doesn't create a contract, a guaranteed launch date, or a guarantee of an invite at any particular time. Pricing shown on this site reflects our planned launch pricing and may be adjusted before the product goes live.

Acceptable use

Please don't abuse the site: no attempts to break in, scrape personal data, submit someone else's email address, or interfere with the service. That's all standard, but it has to be said.

Intellectual property

The CoyaDocs name, logo and the content of this site belong to us. You're welcome to quote or link to it; just don't pass it off as your own.

No warranties

The website is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be either, and we aren't liable for decisions made based on pre-launch information.
